Quoteline

SMS Terms

Version 2026-10-25-draft-1

Draft, pending attorney review. This document will change before Quoteline sends any real texts.

Quoteline is software that insurance agencies use to text people who asked them for information. These terms apply to text messages sent by an agency ("the Agency") through Quoteline.

Who sends the messages

Each message comes from the Agency named in it, using the Agency's own phone number. You'll only get messages if you gave that Agency your consent, for example by submitting a quote request form that named it.

What to expect

  • Program: information about the insurance quote you requested, and replies from a licensed agent.
  • Frequency: varies; usually a first message and replies to your questions.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent isn't required to buy anything.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from that Agency. Plain replies like "stop texting me", "not interested" or "remove me" also work. You'll get one confirmation and no more messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@quotelineapp.com.

Carriers

Wireless carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
